“Tell me your (hi)story” is a box of multimedia working materials.

They can be used for getting to know each other, to overcome linguistic and cultural barriers, to help with settling in and to encourage participation.



Wide selection of method material for preparing workshops and group projects, consisting of an accompanying booklet, short instructions and a poster.

Grimms’ fairy tales in 13 languages

A book with eight Grimms’ fairy tales in 13 languages and a fairy tale-themed hidden object picture. All fairy tales are available as a video in 13 languages (USB data stick)—read by fairy tale narrators from around the world.

Games to break the ice

Icebreaker games help to initiate a positive group dynamic and enable participants to get to know each other.

Warming-up games

With the help of warming-up games, it is easy to integrate rituals into the group’s daily routine and create a structured day.

Narrative Units

Work materials such as a mind map about “Tea and homeland” or cards with recipes from around the world encourage discussions on an equal footing.

Creative Units

Artist’s working materials such as a collage kit or the workbook “My family—a fairy tale in pictures” encourage creative group work.

Musical units

A songbook with songs and rhythms from all over the world, including suitable video tutorials and accompanying CD are an invitation to make music together.
