With the app accompanying the exhibition, exciting additional content and animations on the topics of fairy tales and law can be discovered.

The augmented reality app brings history to life and makes the historical images and documents appear from a new perspective.

Scanning the exhibits or symbols with a GRIMMWELT tablet triggers sound and animation sequences. Handwritten texts by Jacob Grimm become legible through transcription, figures from pictures come to life and let you, for example, take part in the Kassel "Brodschlacht" (Battle of Bread) in 1830 up close and personal.
